Responsibilities- Partner with product managers, marketers, operations, accounting, and engineering teams to evaluate new billing initiatives and develop innovative solutions.
- Drive change in fast-paced matrix environments and lead complex data-driven projects.
- Manage expectations, perceptions, and develop strong partnerships and shared vision across business unit market leaders, finance, and engineering in various locations.
- Develop and propose high-quality solutions to business outcomes, identifying cross-functional dependencies and incorporating them into solutions.
- Embracing a 'driver' mindset as single point of contact for the marketer/BU owner of offering.
- BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Business Systems or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years of experience.
- Strong 'systems / process orientation' with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Accounting and ERP systems, including finance modules, required. BRM, Oracle Financials, RevStream a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including escalation management and ability to develop strong relationships in a 'virtual', multi-location environment.
