Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal business teams to understand workflow, process, and technology platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, ensuring a deep understanding of our technology platforms and workflows.
  • Evaluate and Document Business and Workflow Processes: Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work Closely with the Development Team: Collaborate with our development team to translate business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Create Release Notes: Develop clear and concise release notes to communicate changes and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and Investigate Help Desk Tickets: Provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Provide Technical Support for the Orthobrain Platform: Offer expert technical guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our technology platforms.
  • Assist with Tech Deployments: Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful deployment of new technologies and features.
  • Understanding of Software Lifecycle: Possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of APIs: Have a solid understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their role in integrating systems.
  • Lead Reviews with Internal Teams: Facilitate regular reviews with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and Investigate Issues: Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve technical issues.

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a Similar Field: Possess a degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in computer science and technology.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Technical Business Analysis in a Related Industry: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical business analysis, with a strong understanding of technology platforms and workflows.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Especially Word and Excel: Possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Technical Business Analysis: Have a strong understanding of technical business analysis, with a focus on translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills Toward Facilitating the Use of Software Systems: Possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on facilitating the use of software systems.
  • Ability to Maintain and Improve Internal Business Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain and improve internal business operations.
  • Solid Knowledge of Relevant Technology Concepts: Possess a strong understanding of relevant technology concepts, including software development lifecycle, APIs, and technology platforms.
  • Experience in the Dental Field is a Major Plus: Have experience in the dental field, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
