Early Career Talent Acquisition Professional

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Early Career Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for our Early Career programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Application to Interview Process: Partner with Functional Staffing Leaders and Early Career Recruiters to ensure a seamless and efficient application to interview process for US Early Career programs.
  • Contribute to Regional Early Career Strategy: As a member of the NA Early Career team, contribute to the development and implementation of the regional early career strategy, and support other Early Career initiatives.
  • Match Competencies to Experience: Utilize internal and external resources to match necessary competencies to experience, including sourcing campus candidates, reviewing and screening resumes, and supporting the interview process.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Leverage digital tools to increase position exposure in the open job market and drive business growth.
  • Promote Inclusion and Diversity: Demonstrate a passion for Inclusion and Diversity Recruiting and provide necessary support for I&D Conferences.
  • Process Consultant: Serve as a process consultant to Functional Staffing Leaders in the talent selection process, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Support Ad-Hoc TA Tasks: Assist in other ad-hoc TA tasks and initiatives as capacity allows.

Requirements:

  • Recruiter Experience: Prior working experience as a recruiter, with familiarity with Workday and social media, and/or other digital platforms such as Handshake/Yello.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Great teamwork spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Learning: Have a passion for learning and the ability to come up to speed quickly.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and operate effectively with a client-centric mindset.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable leveraging a variety of technology platforms and consulting with clients to provide recommendations based on their needs.
