Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team at People Incorporated Mental Health Services.
About the Role:This is an entry-level recruitment position responsible for full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of open positions. The successful candidate will also assist in candidate sourcing across the organization and support orientation and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned portfolio of open positions
- Support Talent Acquisition Team by sourcing potential candidates for current and future openings across the organization using social media, internal & external databases and other resources as identified
- Participate on the Compensation Team to advise on necessary pay grade and market adjustments based on recruiting efforts
- Support onboarding and orientation for all talent entering the organization with a focus on creating a positive experience
- Represents the agency at external events and creates a welcoming and professional image
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two years administrative support experience in an HR function, including at least one year supporting recruiting activities, such as posting jobs, reviewing applicants, facilitating new employee paperwork, orientation, etc.
- In lieu of two years experience as described above, an associate's degree or two years post-secondary education or training in human resources, communications, marketing, or similar plus one year HR administrative support may be substituted
- In lieu of two years' experience as described above, a bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, marketing or similar may be substituted
Preference given for experience working in healthcare, social services, or non-profit environment. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and online onboarding platforms is also a plus.
