Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. This is a fully remote role for 20-30 hours per week, offering the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.
The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers. Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing & Recruitment:- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Proactively search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and keep them informed of their status.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the employer brand.
- Participate in recruitment-related meetings and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to management.
Qualifications include:
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
