Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining on-time delivery.
Make informed decisions regarding repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical equipment.
Participate in mandatory safety meetings and adhere to company protocols.

Qualifications

Proficiency in using frame machines and other specialized equipment.
Certification in body repair or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements.
I-CAR welding certification and analytical skills for interpreting measuring data.
Ability to supervise repair personnel and lead by example.
Pass a thorough background check.
