About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at BuzzBoard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers and growing our business through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 3-6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above and/or equivalent work experience
