Position Summary:

As the Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Center Manager to efficiently oversee daily operations. Your role will involve driving sales growth while managing costs effectively, ensuring that we meet our operational goals. You will inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service, address any customer concerns, assist in staffing and training, and take charge in the absence of the Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Center Manager in the overall management of the center.
  • Lead store operations during the Center Manager's absence, focusing on achieving sales targets and profitability.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while safeguarding assets.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence in service delivery.
  • Communicate clear assignments and expectations to team members.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels with qualified personnel.
  • Manage safety, health, and environmental concerns within the center.
  • Perform various physical tasks, including lifting and moving products as necessary.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of one year of management experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate Degree in a related field.
