Senior Employee Relations Partner

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee internal investigations into employee relations violations, ensuring compliance with City of Dallas policies and procedures.
  • Produce high-level reports using internal software and systems, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Research, compile, and analyze evidence, documenting all interactions with complainants, accused parties, and witnesses.
  • Draft comprehensive investigation reports, including findings and recommendations for administrative decision-making.
  • Develop and facilitate training on workplace matters for City of Dallas leaders and employees.
  • Manage the case management system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in employee relations, investigative reporting, or mediation/arbitration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Public Administration, or a related social science field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet service level agreements for timely investigations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear, concise report writing.
  • Ability to remain objective, unbiased, and maintain confidentiality.
