The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, while also maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in achieving hotel goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including room assignments, check-in/check-out times, and special requests.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in guest service, front office operations, and hotel software systems.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
