Job Summary

As a Radiology Manager at Select Medical, you will oversee the Medical Imaging department, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to patients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to supervise and develop a team of radiologic technologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and develop all aspects of the Medical Imaging department
  • Supervise and direct radiologic technologists
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
  • Operate medical imaging equipment
  • Act as the RSO/IRRP for the facility
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians and referral sources
  • Communicate effectively with the Chief Nursing Officer
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic/fluoroscopic/CT exams
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment failures
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Current state license and ARRT or CMRT certification
  • BLS certification
  • Continuing education in all fields of licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Experience with Phillips Ingenuity CT scanner

$123,000 - $145,000
