Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Director to lead our Digital Servicing Technology Chapter and drive the development of our digital presence. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a strong engineering culture built on foundational principles such as Imagine. Innovate. Inspire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technology leadership and expertise to drive the development of our digital presence.
  • Lead initiatives to improve our products and develop new skills and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment towards enterprise standards and tools.
  • Drive scale and reuse by leveraging platforms and capabilities.
  • Accelerate and increase efficiency by continuously improving engineering and operations practices.
  • Engage as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of and contributing to external industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of functional experience in product management, technology, and/or business.
  • Advanced working knowledge of omni-channel stack, including NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript, and Mobile Native tech.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks, such as Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, and Protractor.
  • API design and development, as well as microservices architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to collaborate across business units and influence change.
