About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to join our Customer Solutions team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level customer support via phone, email, and online chat to receive and resolve customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • Research and resolve questions or issues related to order inquiries, proof of deliveries, invoice copies, and credit card inquiries
  • Update corporate CRM with information based on support issues handled

Requirements:

  • Ability to use multiple software platforms and programs
  • Prior customer support experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A higher education degree is preferred, but any educational background is welcomed
