About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers, answering their questions about using our products and services, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level customer support via phone, email, and chat to receive and enter customer orders
  • Assist customers using products for the first time, including purchasing on e-commerce platforms and registering on websites
  • Troubleshoot problems customers may experience, such as password reset, wrong class registration, and activation code issues
  • Research and resolve questions or issues related to order inquiries, proof of deliveries, invoice copies, credit card inquiries, and KH website issues
  • Update corporate CRM with information based on support issues handled
Requirements
  • Ability to use multiple software platforms and programs
  • Prior customer support experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and accuracy are a must
  • Ability to multi-task with strong verbal and written communication skills is essential
  • A higher education degree is preferred, but any educational background is welcomed
