About the Role:

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, lounge, special events, or barista services, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up banquet rooms and coordinating event logistics.
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promptly busing dishes and replenishing beverages.
  • Resetting banquet rooms and performing general cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, lounge, special events, or barista services.
  • Ability to lead a team of 1-2 staff members.
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and Serv Safe certification.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and location.
