Resumen del Puesto:
El Capitán de Banquetes es responsable de supervisar y asistir con la preparación, servicio y limpieza de todos los banquetes asignados en el Westin San Diego.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender a los huéspedes y empleados con una actitud amable y orientada al servicio.
- Mantener la asistencia regular en cumplimiento con los estándares de Aimbridge Hospitality, según lo requerido por el horario de trabajo.
- Mantener altos estándares de apariencia personal y acicalado, incluyendo el uso del uniforme y la placa de nombre cuando se encuentre de turno.
- Cumplir con los requisitos de certificación aplicables a la posición, incluyendo el Certificado para Servir Alcohol y la Seguridad en el Trabajo.
- Inspeccionar la configuración de las reuniones y banquetes, verificando que se ajusten a la Orden de Evento de Banquetes.
- Otros deberes según se requiera.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un hotel o campo relacionado.
- Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente.
- Curso universitario en campo relacionado, preferiblemente.
- Certificado para Servir Alcohol (debe cumplir con requisitos del Estado).
