Job Summary:

Tata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation systems using PLC programming, machine tool connectivity, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for automation systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering may be acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with robot and/or PLC programming.
  • Experience with machine tool connectivity.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software.
  • Experience with machine learning / vision system.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
