Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical support engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers for cloud storage products and systems
  • Collect and report customer feedback and issues
  • Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems
  • Develop and deliver product training to customers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to provide technical assistance

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with hardware and tech industries
  • Bilingual skills (English/Mandarin) preferred
  • Experience with PC/Servers/Storage/Linux related fields
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in high-tech industries
  • Ability to configure hardware
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • At least 3 years of technical support experience in hardware or storage industries
