We are seeking a Relationship Banker to enhance our exceptional team. In this role, you will be tasked with presenting and recommending suitable personal and business financial products and services to our clients. Your focus will be on cultivating and maintaining relationships with both consumer and business clients, delivering service functions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Throughout your training, you will learn the ins and outs of standard transactions and service functions while honing your customer service abilities.

  • Build customer relationships through proactive profiling and needs-based inquiries to uncover deposit, credit, investment, and other financial needs.
  • Responsible for initiating new personal and business deposit accounts, identifying and offering suitable consumer loan solutions, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and recognizing and referring cross-selling opportunities.
  • Comply with all operational and security policies and procedures, including upholding compliance and privacy regulations established by the bank.
  • Establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with both existing and new customers in the community to meet branch sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Execute all teller functions and manage a cash drawer as needed, ensuring proper cash handling and authority limits while balancing as required.
  • Exhibit the ability to prospect and strategize sales initiatives both internally and externally. Utilize sales and business development skills to engage in a proactive calling program.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.


Preferred Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience, including cash handling and leadership; one year of sales experience; familiarity with deposit accounts is advantageous.
