Therapeutic Care Specialist

As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic and direct care to children. Responsibilities:
- Learn from other professionals to best support the children's needs
- Implement effective strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Monitor and document client progress utilizing our EMR system
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Build relationships with children using our developmental relational model
- Perform household tasks: cooking, cleaning, organizing, laundry
- Work nights and weekends, typically working 4, 10-hour shifts. Most shifts end at 10pm
Qualifications:
- At least 19 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
