The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for providing cleaning and upkeep services to assigned areas. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify Manager of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
