Position Overview:
KMA Human Resources Consulting is currently seeking a Client Portfolio Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional client services and collaborating closely with portfolio managers and the client services department.

About the Company:
We are a rapidly expanding Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) dedicated to assisting institutions, individuals, and families in achieving their financial aspirations through effective management and preservation of their financial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Portfolio and Relationship Managers to maintain primary responsibility for assigned clients and their accounts.
  • Efficiently execute client account administrative tasks, including cash management, transfers, and obtaining necessary tax information.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts by completing required documentation and liaising with custodians.
  • Work alongside the Client Services Team to enhance processes and procedures for client data management and onboarding.
  • Assist with compliance tasks as needed and participate in committees as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a financial services-related field.
  • A minimum of five years of proven client service experience in the financial sector.
  • Relevant certifications in finance, banking, or trust and estate administration are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Black Diamond, AXYS, Assemblage, Adobe, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, along with bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities. Additional benefits include generous paid time off, a retirement plan with matching contributions, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a Health Savings Account.
