Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to the role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary:
- Exhibit a proactive attitude and maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and the community.
- Adhere to service standards and company policies, including grooming, attendance, and operational safety.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and develop a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Conduct training sessions on life safety protocols and maintain accurate records.
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on life safety systems.
- Mentor and develop junior maintenance staff.
- Operate within budgetary constraints while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory control of maintenance supplies.
- Conduct HVAC maintenance and repair tasks.
- Enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting and furniture upkeep.
- Regularly inspect and test machinery to identify and resolve issues.
- Dismantle and repair defective equipment, ensuring proper installation of new parts.
- Maintain plumbing systems and related hydraulic equipment.
- Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
- Fabricate and repair wooden structures as needed.
- Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Flexible schedule with availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, which may include:
- Regularly standing, using hands to handle tools, and communicating effectively.
- Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Performing tasks that require close vision and depth perception.
