About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at EAB (Education Advisory Board). As a key member of our consulting business, you will be responsible for growing our revenue and expanding our presence in the higher education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with higher education institutions, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Sales and Contracting: Negotiate and close deals with clients, using your commercial acumen to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-12+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or education.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong commercial acumen and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
