The OpportunityAs National Account Director, you will oversee the sales and program management teams to achieve revenue targets. You will identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, manage key client relationships, and provide coaching and direction to the Program Managers and Customer Focused Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee sales and program management teams to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide coaching and direction to Program Managers and Customer Focused Teams
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer service transactions using Lean methodologies
- Work collaboratively with the Strategic Growth Director on NPI and growth opportunities
- Assist the VP/General Manager and Finance Director on yearly Budget/Strategy Review
- Lead the monthly review of customer forecasts, margin, excess & obsolete materials, returned material, and accounts receivable
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, sales, business development, etc. with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Experience combining multiple functions of project management, sales, and business development
- Experience in contract manufacturing
