About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to expand our client base and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including political campaigns, advocacy organizations, government agencies, and other relevant entities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and decision-making
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business development processes, systems, and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in political consulting or related industry
  • Ability to travel as needed

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, unlimited paid time off, and a base salary of $125,000-250,000 commensurate with experience.
