Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
CompQsoft, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join its team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within the DoD's Agencies, the US Coast Guard, and other Federal Departments and Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer decision makers
- Develop and execute marketing and capture strategies to pursue and win opportunities
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team to execute the company's sales process
- Provide proposal support, including writing White Papers and developing win themes
Requirements:
- 10 years' experience in Federal Business Development and Marketing
- Successful track record of developing leads, qualifying opportunities, and winning contracts within the Federal space
- Ability to travel to corporate and customer locations when required
- Familiarity with federal acquisition vehicles
- Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools
