Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Manager to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts and associates in a branch location, overseeing branch operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales efforts and associates in a branch location to achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring operational soundness and executing on a plan to deliver results that create value for customers and meet financial expectations.
  • Represent the Bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
  • Or High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Ability to network and build centers of influence.
  • Business Development.
  • Treasury Management.
