Milliman's Seattle Health Practice is a leading provider of healthcare consulting services, serving a wide range of organizations in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team.

Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions across technical and non-technical roles, with a special focus on campus events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, enjoy working with students and professionals, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions (technical & non-technical) across the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth and effective hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers, interview teams, and the Talent & Engagement Manager to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and utilize applicant tracking using tools such as Yello and UKG.
  • Lead and organize campus engagement activities, including Milliman info sessions, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Manage event logistics such as scheduling directly with universities, drafting presentations, and ordering and managing promotional materials.
  • Partner with actuarial professionals to present virtually and in person during university visits, primarily within Washington state.
  • Facilitate STEM outreach programs and events for high school and college students at the Seattle office, ensuring engaging experiences for participants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver meaningful experiences during onsite events aimed at promoting the actuarial career path.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on entry-level roles and campus recruitment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and recruiting activities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, especially within a campus or corporate setting.
  • A passion for engaging with students and promoting STEM careers.
What We Offer

At Milliman, we offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $98,000, depending on a combination of factors, including education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. Employees are also eligible for a bonus under our standard bonus policy.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents, a 401(k) plan with matching program, and profit sharing contribution. We also offer paid time off, family building benefits, and a commuter program.
