Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for our company culture.
- Work closely with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and progress.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company brand and attract top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a luxury retail setting or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods, with the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, with fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges.
