Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a luxury retail setting or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods, with the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
