University Recruiter Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a skilled University Recruiter to support peak recruiting season in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized University Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, including generating and reviewing applications, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new interns.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and check references for prospective interns.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
  • Monitor candidate responses within inbox.
  • Process offers and assist with onboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Collaborate with multiple business lines and teams to support their student recruitment needs.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (APS) to manage the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (APS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
