Maintenance Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Atlantica. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance manager and other site supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data entry functions for the maintenance manager, department supervisors, and planners.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and work orders.
- Aid the maintenance manager in the formation of the annual maintenance budget.
- Update and format plant procedures and policies as directed by the maintenance manager.
- Transcribe notes into proper typewritten form with responsibility for arrangement, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Arrange meetings, receive visitors, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
- Provide general clerical and administrative services, including typing, filing, processing, and record-keeping of correspondence and reports, telephone and radio communications, and other duties related to company administration services.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with Spanish a plus.
- Power user in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a secretarial or clerical position.
