About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Atlantica. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance manager and other site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete data entry functions for the maintenance manager, department supervisors, and planners.
  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and work orders.
  • Aid the maintenance manager in the formation of the annual maintenance budget.
  • Update and format plant procedures and policies as directed by the maintenance manager.
  • Transcribe notes into proper typewritten form with responsibility for arrangement, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Arrange meetings, receive visitors, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative services, including typing, filing, processing, and record-keeping of correspondence and reports, telephone and radio communications, and other duties related to company administration services.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with Spanish a plus.
  • Power user in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a secretarial or clerical position.
