Administrative Coordinator

CHAD M BLOCK is seeking an experienced Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

In this role, you will:
- Draft formal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, handling inquiries and responding to requests in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Perform all other office tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Prior experience in office administration or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work products.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and security.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but may be beneficial in certain situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
