Job Title: Administrative Professional

CHAD M BLOCK is seeking an experienced Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

In this role, you will:
  1. Draft formal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Plan and schedule appointments and events, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
  3. Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Answer inbound telephone calls, handling inquiries and responding to requests in a professional manner.
  5. Develop and implement organized filing systems, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  6. Perform all other office tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Prior experience in office administration or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work products.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but may be beneficial in certain situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
