Clerical Services Coordinator

As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve office efficiency
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Support the team by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or related field
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience and qualifications.
