Senior Speech Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at Harmony Home Health. As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' speech and language functions.

Job Summary:

The Senior Speech Therapist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that improve patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' speech and language functions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology License in California.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in home health or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel to patient homes as needed.
  • Current CPR certification and TB test.
