The ideal candidate will have a master's level degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by ASHA. A minimum of six months' experience working with adults and geriatric populations is required, along with a current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

About the Job

This is an ongoing position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in adult and geriatric patients. This will involve communicating patient progress to supervisors and other team members, documenting patient care according to regulatory requirements, and instructing family members or nursing staff in follow-through programs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
