About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Ana, California.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time opportunity with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to members.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and a strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements are essential for this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of clinical experience in speech pathology, preferably in dysphagia management.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support required at hire, National Provider Identifier required at hire, and Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) required at hire.
