Continuing Medical Education Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator to join our team at Christus Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating CME activities, managing record-keeping files, and serving as a resource for physicians, leaders, and Associates.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate CME activities and ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines and policies
- Manage record-keeping files and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide support to ongoing inter-professional educational initiatives
- Develop and implement effective program development and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and Associates to ensure successful program outcomes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Nursing, Education, or Health Care Administration
- Recent, relevant work experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in software applications and data management systems
The successful candidate will work in a clean, well-lit, ventilated, and smoke-free environment. The position requires the ability to speak, listen, and develop and communicate with written materials.
