Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Presbyterian Medical Services. As a Head Start Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education programs that prepare children for success in school and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of preschool-aged children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to early childhood education
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education to continuously improve program quality
Requirements:
  • AA/AAS, BA/BS or MA/MS in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Multicultural Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for preschool-aged children or state-awarded certificate for center-based preschool teachers
  • Previous experience working in early childhood with children ages birth through five years preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
