Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator to join our team at Christus Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating CME activities through the Mayo Clinic Care Network and maintaining accurate records of the accredited CME program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate CME activities and ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines and policies
  • Develop and implement effective CME programs that meet the needs of physicians, leaders, and associates
  • Provide strong support to ongoing inter-professional educational initiatives
  • Manage CME program records and databases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, Health Care Administration, or a related field
  • Recent, relevant work experience in CME, physician relations, or senior administrative duties
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in software applications and data management
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a clean, well-lit, ventilated, and smoke-free environment. The successful candidate will be required to speak, listen, develop, and communicate with written materials.
