We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room for procedures, including setting up equipment and supplies.
- Provide patient care and support during surgical procedures, including positioning patients and assisting with transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the operating room, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
