We are currently looking for candidates who can work Part-Time afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday from 8:15am-4:15pm or 12:15pm-4:15pm, or in-homes Monday-Friday from 1pm-6pm.
Key Responsibilities- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in home, center, and/or educational environments.
- Accurately collect ongoing data regarding client programs.
- Maintain clear communication with all team members and clients/parents.
- Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Demonstrated experience as a Behavioral Technician or in a similar capacity.
- Additional certifications may be necessary based on facility requirements.
- Must possess physical fitness to lift and transport clients as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
- Certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health or a related discipline.
