Job Overview

Fenton Family Dealerships is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee service orders and workflow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversee administration of warranty claims and training of service department staff.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
