Key Responsibilities- Network Maintenance: Ensure the stability and reliability of our LAN/WLAN/WAN functionality.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex network issues, performing daily problem resolution and preventive maintenance.
- Performance Tuning: Conduct performance tuning to optimize network performance according to best practice standards.
- Network Security: Ensure the security of our production network environment through proactive measures and timely interventions.
- Technical Evaluation: Evaluate technical and non-technical factors to address and resolve complex network issues.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver multiple project phases simultaneously.
- Proficient in LAN/WLAN/WAN functionality with the ability to understand, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, VoIP, and wireless systems.
- Comfortable with common network concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across all aspects of Information Technology.
- Adaptability to a rapid and fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with network infrastructure in the financial services or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with industry standards and regulations.
