Trigo Global Quality Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist.

Overall Objective:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation and upkeep of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure while actively participating in various IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams and external vendors
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional IT Managers across different areas
  • Ensure comprehensive level 3 support for the organization's infrastructure
  • Deliver regular updates on project status

Operational Duties:

  • Promptly report significant incidents

Organizational & Management Tasks:

  • Facilitate communication regarding system enhancements
  • Oversee technical documentation management
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • Monitor issue investigation and resolution processes
  • Manage communication platforms and infrastructure tools

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance for regional solutions
  • Contribute to infrastructure enhancements and project execution
  • Oversee communication platforms and infrastructure tools
  • Stay updated on technological advancements
  • Implement QMS procedures and ITIL best practices

Additional Duties:

  • Perform any other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred
