Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with hotel systems and equipment, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel systems and equipment, including blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
