Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and life insurance.
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment and re-enrollment activities, particularly during open enrollment periods.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding benefit options, eligibility criteria, and coverage details.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain precise and current records of employee benefits.
  • Conduct audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Evaluate the performance of benefit plans and suggest enhancements.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new benefits initiatives.
  • Engage in employee communication and educational efforts regarding benefits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and disability coverage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Job Details:
  • Contract position
  • Standard workweek: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience
