Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Jericho Project, a non-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping to manage our financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including banks, insurers, and government organizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and ADP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
