Foster Care Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Foster Care Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading statewide recruitment efforts and developing strategies to generate quality foster homes that meet community and organizational needs.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with regional teams to develop and implement recruitment campaigns, provide support to foster parents, and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to foster care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet annual census targets
- Lead regional teams in foster home development and support
- Provide education and training to foster parents on youth needs and expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant policies and procedures related to foster care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- Experience in recruitment, communications, marketing, or public relations
- Strong knowledge of branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
