Job Description

CICOA is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing exceptional service and support to individuals and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing switchboard coverage and assisting staff with follow-up requests and other duties as assigned.
  • Enhancing the quality of waiver applications and transitions into Waiver services.
  • Working directly with individuals, families, and providers to create an exceptional experience.
  • Performing office assistant duties, including filing, faxing, emailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Documenting necessary information in VisionLink and CaMSS accurately and timely.
  • Serving as a client's advocate.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
